ENPRINT LIMITED Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Forte Post House, Chapel Lane, Great Barr, West Midlands, on Wednesday, 24th February 1999, at 3 p.m., for the purposes stated in sections 100 and 101 of the said Act. The purposes of the Meeting are to receive a report and statement of affairs, appoint a Liquidator, fix the remuneration of the Liquidator and, if thought fit, to establish a Creditors’ Committee.
