In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Liverpool District Registry.  No. 1251 of 1998 In the Matter of TV VIDEO LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Nicholas Croft, Bull Bay, Amlwch, Anglesey, presented on 13th November 1998 by HM Customs and Excise Shrewsbury, of Mayfield House, Mayfield Drive, London Road, Shrewsbury, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Liverpool District Registry, Queen Elizabeth II Law Courts, Derby Square, Liverpool, on Monday, 1st February 1999, at 10 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
