In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Liverpool District Registry.  No. 1272 of 1998 In the Matter of BIFFU LTD. and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Kensington House, 7 Roe Lane, Southport, Merseyside, presented on 19th November 1998, by HM Customs and Excise Liverpool, Customs and Excise VAT Office, Queens Dock, Liverpool L74 4AA, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at Liverpool District Registry, Queen Elizabeth II Law Courts, Derby Square, Liverpool, on Monday, 11th January 1999, at 10 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
