In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No. 006839 of 1998 In the Matter of WELLER CLEANING SERVICES and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up Weller Cleaning Services, a Partnership whose principal place of business is 23 Fox Lane, Keston, Kent BR2 6AL, presented on 27th November 1998 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, whose office is situate at Croydon VAT Office, AMP House, Dingwall Road, Croydon, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 13th January 1999, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
