Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Barringtons, Richmond House, 570-572 Etruria Road, Basford, Newcastle, Staffordshire ST5 0SU, on Monday, 21st December 1998 at 2.15 p.m., for the purposes provided for in sections 98 and 100. A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors will be available for inspection at the offices of Barringtons, Richmond House, 570-572 Etruria Road, Basford, Newcastle, Staffordshire ST5 0SU, on the two business days falling next before the day of the Meeting. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged at the registered office of the Company at the offices of Barringtons not later than 12 noon on the business day prior to the Meeting
