Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held under the provisions of section 48 of the Insolvency Act 1986, at The Insurance Institute, 20 Aldermanbury, London EC2V 7HY, on Friday, 4th December 1998, at 10 a.m., for the purposes mentioned in section 48(2) and section 49 of that Act. Creditors whose claims are wholly secured are not entitled to attend or to be represented at the Meeting. Creditors who intend to vote at the Meeting should note the following: Written statements of claim must be lodged with the Administrative Receiver by 12 noon on the day before the Meeting at Ernst & Young, Becket House, 1 Lambeth Palace Road, London SE1 7EU.
