Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, a Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at York House, 199 Westminster Bridge Road, London SE1 7UT, on 15th December 1998, at 10.30 a.m., to be followed at 10.45 a.m. by a Meeting of the Creditors, for the purpose of receiving an account of the acts and dealings of the Liquidator and the conduct of the winding-up of the Company during the Liquidation. Any person entitled to vote may appoint a proxy who need not be a Shareholder or Creditor.
