HARLEQUIN GRAPHICS LTD.Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Singla & Company, 6-7 Queen Street, London EC4N 1SP, on 3rd September 1998, at 2.30 p.m., for the purposes mentioned in sections 99 to 101 of the said Act. Amongst the Resolutions to be taken at the Meeting may be one specifying the basis by which the Liquidator is to be remunerated.
