Notice is hereby given that I, Richard A. B. Saville, of Savilles, 1 North Road, The Park, Nottingham NG7 1AG, was appointed Liquidator by the Creditors of Surveybatch Limited (t/a J. M. Plastering Contractors), on Thursday, 13th August 1998. The Creditors of the above-named Company are required, on or before 30th November 1998, to send their names and addresses and the particulars of their claims, and the names and addresses of their Solicitors (if any) to Richard A. B. Saville, Savilles, 1 North Road, The Park, Nottingham NG7 1AG, the Liquidator of the said Company, and, if so required by notice in writing from the Liquidator, either by their Solicitors or personlly, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof, they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
