A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s report on the conduct of the winding-up. That remuneration of the Liquidator be fixed by reference to the time properly given by the Liquidator and his staff in attending to matters arising in the Liquidation. Liquidators release—unless a Resolution is passed to the contrary, the Liquidator will obtain his release when he vacates office in accordance with section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Meeting will be held at First Floor, 40-42 High Street, Maldon, Essex CM9 5PN, on Wednesday, 8th July 1998, at 10 a.m. A proxy form must be lodged with me not later than Tuesday 7th July 1998, to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting, together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one.
