In the Norwich County Court No. 7020 of 1998In the Matter of ROYAL TANDOORI (the Partnership) and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994A Petition to wind up Royal Tandoori (the Partnership) carrying on business at 105-105 a Unthank Road, Norwich, Norfolk NR2 2PE, as a Takeaway Food Shop, presented on 22nd June 1998 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, of New King’s Beam House, 22 Upper Ground, London SE1 9PJ, claiming to be Creditors of the Partnership, will be heard at Norwich County Court, The Law Courts, Bishopgate, Norwich, Norfolk NR3 1UR, on 22nd June 1998, at 1200 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).   Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether in support or opposition) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioners or their Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 by 1600 hours on 19th June 1998.
