In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No. 2743 of 1998In the Matter of R AND B SITE SERVICES (a Partnership) and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994A Petition to wind up R and B Site Services (a Partnership), whose principal place of business is at 4 Bell Close, Stanton Under Bardon, Leicester, Leicestershire LE67 9NZ, presented on 12th May 1998 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, whose office is situate at Chesterfield VAT Office, Dents Chambers, New Square, Chesterfield, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 24th June 1998, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).   Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether in support or opposition) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1994 by 1600 hours on 23rd June 1998.
