TRANSMISSION SYSTEMS LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Alma Lodge Hotel, 149 Buxton Road, Stockport SK2 6EL, on Thursday, 30th April 1998, at 12 noon, in order to receive a statement of affairs of the Company, to hear the Board present a report on the Company’s situation, to nominate one or more Insolvency Practitioners as Liquidator or Liquidators, if thought fit, to appoint a Liquidation Committee and to pass any other Resolution necessary.
