Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that General Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Companies will be held at the offices of Kallis & Co., Mountview Court, 1148 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0RA, on 8th May 1998, at (a) 12 noon and 12.15 p.m. respectively, (b) 12.30 p.m. and 12.45 p.m. respectively, (c) 2 p.m. and 2.15 p.m. respectively, (d) 2.30 p.m. and 2.45 p.m. respectively and (e) 3 p.m. and 3.15 p.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before the Meetings showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted in the preceding year and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at Mountview Court, 1148 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0RA, not later than 12 noon on the business day before the Meetings. K.
