At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Fairmead, 121 Pilgrims Way, Kemsing, Kent, on 30th March 1998, at 6 p.m., the following Special Resolution was passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Anthony Peter McQueen Benedict, of Benedict McQueen, Chartered Accountants, 3-4 Mulgrave Court, Mulgrave Road, Sutton, Surrey SM2 6LF, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” K.
