Notice of application for a licence to abstract water
Take notice that James Wallis, Rose-in-Vale, of Rose-in-Vale, Ludgvan, Penzance, is
applying to the Environment Agency for a licence to abstract water from Mylor Slates
at National Grid Reference SW 501 327 at Rose-in-Vale.
The proposal is to abstract water at the following rates: 450 cubic metres per
day; 3,000 cubic metres per year between 1st April and 30th September each year. The
water will be used for irrigation.
A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with
it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Rose-in-Vale, between
19th March and 19th April 1998.
Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so
in writing to the Environment Agency, South West Cornwall Area, Sir John Moore House,
Victoria Square, Bodmin, Cornwall PL31 1EB, before the end of the said period.
