At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at the offices of Taylor Gotham & Fry, The Old Exchange, 234 Southchurch Road, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS1 2EG, on 2nd March 1998, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mark Robert Fry, of Taylor Gotham & Fry, The Old Exchange, 234 Southchurch Road, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS1 2EG, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” M.
