ALL JUST LIMITED (t/a AJS Construction)Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the Jacksons Insolvency Practitioners, of 75 Kingsway, Rochdale OL16 5HN, on 23rd March 1998, at 11 a.m., for the purposes mentioned in sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act, i.e. to consider the Director’s statement of affairs, to appoint a Liquidator and to appoint a Liquidation Committee.
