Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Redman Nichols, Maclaren House, Skerne Road, Driffield, East Yorkshire YO25 7QB, on 20th March 1998, at 12 noon, for the purposes of having laid before it an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator.
