Notice of application to a vary a licence to abstract water

Take notice that Paul Stearn Farms Ltd., Stanfield Hall, Wymondham, Norwich, Norfolk NR18 9RJ, is applying to the Environment Agency to vary licence serial number 7/34/13/G/236 which authorises the abstraction of water from a borehole in the chalk at National Grid Reference TM 1318 9898, at Silfield, Wymondham, Norfolk.   The variation being applied for is to increase the land area to be irrigated.   A copy of the application and any maps, plans and other documents submitted with it, may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Stanfield Hall, Wymondham, Norwich, Norfolk, between 23rd February 1998 and 23rd March 1998.   Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Eastern Region, Eastern Area, Cobham Road, Ipswich IP3 9JE, before the end of the said period, quoting the name of the applicant.
