A Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up and to determine whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
