Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of O’Hara & Co., Wesley House, Huddersfield Road, Birstall, Batley, West Yorkshire WF17 9EJ, on 27th February 1998, at 11.30 a.m., for the purposes of having an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings of the conduct of the winding-up during the preceding year. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at this Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Creditor of the Company. Proxies for use at the Meeting must be lodged at the offices of O’Hara & Co., Wesley House, Huddersfield Road, Birstall, Batley, West Yorkshire WF17 9EJ, not later than 12 noon on the day preceding the Meeting.
