In the Bridgend County Court  No. 1 of 1979 BURRIDGE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED

A Final Meeting of the above-named Company has been summoned under section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of having an account laid before the Creditors showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator and also of determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the said Act.
