A Final Meeting of Creditors has been summoned by the Liquidator pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purposes of receiving the Liquidator’s report on her administration of the Liquidation, and determine whether the Liquidator should have her release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and resolving that the Liquidator’s remuneration be based on a time spent basis. The Meeting will be held at 1 and 2 Richmond Buildings, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5BZ, on Friday, 27th February 1998, at 11.30 a.m. A proxy form must be lodged with me not later than 12 noon on Thursday, 26th February 1998, to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting.
