Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and Rule 4.125 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that a Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Moriston House, 75 Springfield Road, Chelmsford CM2 6JB, on 27th February 1998, at 2 p.m., for the purposes of receiving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A proxy form must be lodged with me no later than 12 noon on 26th February 1998, to entitle you to vote at the Meeting (together with a proof of debt form, if you have not already lodged one). P. B.
