BISSET & STEEDMAN LIMITED
A petition was on 2nd April 2003 presented to the Court of Session by the Advocate General for Scotland for and on behalf of the Commissioners of Inland Revenue craving the Court inter alia to order that Bisset & Steedman Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 1929 and having its Registered Office at 58 High Street, Tranent be wound up by the Court and to appoint a Liquidator to the said Company in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986, in which Petition Lady Paton by Interlocutor dated 8th April 2003 allowed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto if so advised with the Office of Court at the Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh within eight days of intimation, service and advertisement.
