| 1. | Notice is hereby given that the Lerwick Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2003 was made by the Scottish Ministers on 19th March 2003 and came into force on 20th March 2003. |
| 2. | Copies of the Order have been deposited at the Scottish Executive Development Department, Transport Division 4, Victoria Quay, Edinburgh, EH6 6QQ, and at the offices of the undernoted solicitors and may be inspected at all reasonable hours. |
