Notice is hereby given that in a Petition presented by John Austin James Bowman at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on 17 May 2013 craving the Court inter alia to order that Thirlestane Lands (Argyll) Limited (company number SC315441) having its registered office at 160 Dundee Street, Edinburgh EH11 1DQ be wound up by the Court and for an Interim Liquidator to be appointed to the said Company, the Sheriff at Edinburgh, by interlocutor dated 31 May 2013, ordered all parties wishing to enter opposition to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement.
