Notice is given that on 17 April 2013 a Petition was presented to Kilmarnock Sheriff Court by Thomas Murray McBurnie, 27 Kilwinning Road, Irvine KA12 8RR craving the court inter alia that Ayrshire Electrical Services Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at South Lodge, 27 Kilwinning Road, Irvine KA12 8RR, be wound up by the court and that an interim liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Kilmarnock by Interlocutor dated 17 April 2013 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Kilmarnock within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service and eo die appointed Annette Menzies of Haines Watts Business Recovery (Scotland) Limited, 231-233 St Vincent Street, Glasgow G2 5QY to be provisional liquidator of the said company with the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of part 2 to schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
