Notice is hereby given that on 21 March 2013 a petition presented to the Sheriff of Lothian and Borders at Livingston by West Country Vending Services Limited craving the court that Sidewalk Café Limited trading as City Vending, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its Registered Office at 1c Young Square, Brucefield Industry Park, Livingston, West Lothian EH54 9BX (“the Company”) be wound up by the court and that an interim liquidator be appointed; in which petition the Sheriff at Livingston, by Interlocutor dated 5 April 2013, appointed all persons having interest to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Livingston eight days after intimation service and advertisement; and in the meantime appointed Derek Murray Law Forsyth, Insolvency Practitioner, Campbell Dallas, Titanium 1, King’s Inch Place, Renfrew PA4 8WF to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company and authorised him to exercise the powers contained in paragraph 4 and 5 of Part 2 of Schedule 2 to The Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
