Notice is hereby given that on 20 November 2012 a Petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by A Borland & Co (Glaziers) Limited, having its registered office c/o Heather Traynor, 2117 London Road, Glasgow G32 8XQ (the “Company”) craving the court inter alia that the Company be wound up and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 22 November 2012 ordained all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow G5 9DA, within 8 days of such intimation, service or advertisement; and eo die appointed Ian William Wright, Insolvency Practitioner, WRI Associates Limited, Suite 5, Third Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LB, to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company with the powers specified in Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
