Notice is hereby given that, in terms of Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 12.00 noon on Tuesday 15 March 2011 at the offices of Ritson Young, Chartered Accountants, 28 High Street, Nairn IV12 4AU, for the purposes specified in Sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act.

A list of the names and addresses of the company’s creditors will be available for inspection free of charge at the offices of Ritson Young, Chartered Accountants, 28 High Street, Nairn IV12 4AU during the two business days preceding the above meeting. All creditors whose claims are unsecured, in whole or in part, are entitled to attend in person or by proxy, and a resolution will be passed by a majority in value of those voting. Creditors may vote whose claims and proxies have been submitted and accepted at the meeting or lodged beforehand at the above offices.
