Notice is hereby given that in a Petition presented by Ian Wright, David Sommerville Farrell and Donald Mccorquodale, Directors, on 25 January 2011 craving the Court inter alia to order that Grapevine Recruitment Limited having its registered office at 231-233 St Vincent Street, Glasgow G2 5QY be wound up by the Court and to appoint a Provisional Liquidator, the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 25 January 2011, ordered all parties wishing to oppose to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement and appointed Antonia Susan McIntyre, Insolvency Practitioner to be Provisional Liquidator of the said Company until an Interim Liquidator of the said Company is appointed or the said Petition is dismissed.
