NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of Creditors of the above named Company will be held within the offices of Ferris Associates, Insolvency Practitioners, 12 Edison House, Fullerton Road, Glenrothes, KY7 5QR on Wednesday 12 January 2011 at 11.00 am for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99 to 101 of the said Act viz: -

(a) to have laid before it a statement as to the affairs of the Company

(b) to nominate one or more insolvency practitioners as liquidator or liquidators; and

(c) if thought fit, to establish a liquidation committee

A list of names and addresses of the Company’s creditors will be available for inspection within the offices of Ferris Associates, Insolvency Practitioners, 12 Edison House, Fullerton Road, Glenrothes, KY7 5QR during the two business days preceding the above meeting.

Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting (unless they are individual Creditors attending in person) are required to lodge their proxies at the offices of Ferris Associates, Insolvency Practitioners, 12 Edison House, Fullerton Road, Glenrothes, Fife, KY7 5QR, no later than 5.00pm on the day prior to the day of the meeting. A form of proxy is enclosed.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, a Creditor will not be entitled to vote unless his proof has been lodged and admitted for voting purposes. A proof may be lodged submitting a written statement of claim clearly setting out the name and address of the Creditor and the amount claimed. Whilst proofs may be lodged at any time before voting commences, Creditors intending to vote at the meeting are requested to send them with their proxies. Unless they surrender their security, secured Creditors must give particulars of the security and its value if they wish to vote at the meeting.
