T he Q ueen has been pleased by Letters Patent under the Great Seal of the Realm dated 20 July 2009 to confer the dignity of a Barony of the United Kingdom for life upon Sir Alan Michael Sugar, Knight, by the name, style and title of BARON SUGAR, of Clapton in the London Borough of Hackney.
