(In Members’ Voluntary Liquidation)
At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at 2nd Floor, Langstane House, 221/229 Union Street, Aberdeen AB11 6DR, on 29 April 2009, the following resolution was passed as a Special Resolution:
“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Donald Iain McNaught, Chartered Accountant, of Invocas, 2nd Floor, Langstane House, 221/229 Union Street, Aberdeen AB11 6DR, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”
