NOTICE OF PUBLIC LOCAL INQUIRY

A92 TRUNK ROAD (STATION BRAE AND INVERDOVAT JUNCTIONS) (PROHIBITION OF SPECIFIED TURNS) DRAFT ORDER

Scottish Ministers have appointed Mr Michael Cunliffe BSc (Hons) MSc MCIWEM to hold a public local inquiry and to report with respect to objections to the above Order.

The inquiry will be held in public and will commence at 10.00 a.m. on Tuesday 19th May 2009 within Blyth Hall, 3 Scott Street, Newport on Tay. If necessary the inquiry will continue on successive days until concluded but is expected to last 3 days. You may wish to note that this venue has disabled access. Four weeks prior to the start of the inquiry, copies of the majority of inquiry papers will be available for inspection by interested parties at Newport Library and Heritage Centre, Blyth Hall, 3 Scott Street, Newport-on-Tay.
