NOTICE is hereby given that on 26 March 2009 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Airdrie Sheriff Court by The Directors of Phoenix Printing Services Limited, 7 Deerdykes View, Westfield Industrial Area, Cumbernauld, Glasgow, G68 9HN craving the Court inter alia that the said Phoenix Printing Services Limited be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed, and that in the meantime Fraser J Gray, Insolvency Practitioner, Zolfo Cooper, Alhambra House, 45 Waterloo Street, Glasgow, G2 6HS be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the said Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Airdrie Sheriff Court by Interlocutor dated 26 March 2009 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Airdrie Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, Graham Street, Airdrie, ML6 6EE within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service; and eo die appointed the said Fraser J Gray, Insolvency Practitioner to be Provisional Liquidator of the said Company with the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part 2 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which Notice is hereby given.
