Notice is hereby given that on 2 March 2009 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Lothian and Borders at Edinburgh by Edgar Building Services Limited, formerly J & R Building Services Limited conform to Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name dated 22 February 2005, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC279481) and having their registered office at 84b Clerk Street, Loanhead, Midlothian EH20 9RG, craving the court inter alia to order that Edgar Building Services Limited be wound up by the Court and that Joint Interim Liquidators be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 2 March 2009 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
