EDEN MURDOCH DEVELOPMENTS LTD

Notice is hereby given that on 23 January 2009 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of North Strathclyde at Paisley by the Directors of Eden Murdoch Developments Ltd craving the Court inter alia to order that Eden Murdoch Developments Ltd having their registered office at 21 Forbes Pace, Paisley, Renfrewshire PA1 1UT, be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and that in the meantime Maureen Elizabeth Leslie, Qualified Insolvency Practitioner, 201/203 West George Street, Glasgow be appointed Provisional Liquidator of the said company; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 5 February 2009 appointed the said Maureen Elizabeth Leslie as Provisional Liquidator with the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part 2 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; and appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
