We, I. Scott McGregor and Derek A. Jackson of Begbies Traynor, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow G1 2PP, hereby give notice that we were appointed Joint Liquidators of Enviro Clean UK Limited by Written Resolution of the shareholders on 22 January 2009. Our appointment was confirmed at a meeting of creditors held pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 on 22 January 2009.

No liquidation committee was established.

All creditors who have not already done so are required on or before 21 July 2009 to lodge their claims with us.
