We, Robert Jonathan Hunt, Ian David Green and John Bruce Cartwright, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Cornwall Court, 19 Cornwall Street, Birmingham B3 2DT give notice that on 22 October 2008 we were appointed as joint receivers of the above company. The property over which we were appointed as joint receivers is the whole or substantially the whole of the company’s property.
