Notice is hereby given that on 20 October 2008, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Aberdeen by Virtual Well Engineer Limited having their Registered Office, Robert Gordon University, Schoolhill, Aberdeen AB10 1FR craving the Court inter alia that Virtual Well Engineer Limited (“the Company”) should be wound up by the Court and that both a Provisional and Interim Liquidator be appointed; following upon which Petition the Sheriff at Aberdeen by Interlocutor dated 22 October appointed Alexander Iain Fraser, Tenon Recovery, 39 Queens Road, Aberdeen AB15 4ZN, to be Provisional Liquidator of the said Company all in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986 and further appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Sheriff Court House, Castle Street, Aberdeen within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service. All of which notice is hereby given.
