Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 3 October 2008 Alex Shivananda transferred £2.31 and Ben Hewetson transferred £0.75 of their respective capital contributions in HgCapital SPLP2 Carry L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5045 to the remaining founding partners. Consequently, on that date, Alex Shivananda decreased his capital contribution to £1.75, Ben Hewetson decreased his capital contribution to £1.68, Nerine Trust Company as the trustees of the Franklin Trust increased its capital contribution to £12.74, Ian Armitage increased his capital contribution to £21.55, Frances Jacob increased her capital contribution to £21.55, Trevor Bayley increased his capital contribution to £18.65, Nic Humphries increased his capital contribution to £33.73, Martin Block increased his capital contribution to £14.98, Lindsay Dibden increased his capital contribution to £21.55, Abigail J Feder as trustee of the Craig M Donaldson Mercury 4 Irrevocable Trust increased its capital contribution to £12.32, Richard Matthews increased his capital contribution to £4.22, Nicholas Turner increased his capital contribution to £14.27, Stephen Bough increased his capital contribution to £3.48 and HgCapital Beratungs GmbH & Co. KG increased its capital contribution to £21.27.
