Notice to Creditors

The Company was placed into a Members’ Voluntary Liquidation on 2 May 2008 and is able to pay all its known Creditors in full. Pursuant to Rule 4.182A of the Insolvency Rules 1986, notice is hereby given that the joint liquidators intend to make a first and final distribution to remaining creditors of the above-named company and that the last date for proving debts against the above-named company, which is being voluntarily wound up, is 30 June 2008. Claims must be sent to the undersigned, Richard White of Grant Thornton UK LLP, No 1 Dorset Street, Southampton SO15 2DP, the joint liquidator of the company.

After 30 June 2008, the joint liquidators may make that distribution without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not already proved.

The joint liquidators intend, that after paying or providing for a final distribution in respect of the claims of all creditors who have proved their debts by the above date, the assets remaining in the hands of the joint liquidators shall be distributed to shareholders absolutely.
