Notice is hereby given that on 21 December 2007 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Hamilton by The Advocate General for Scotland as representing Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs, craving the Court, inter alia that Hamilton Shop Equipment Limited, having their Registered Office at Unit 1 Prospect Court, Priestfield Industrial Estate, Blantyre G72 0JA be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Hamilton by Interlocutor dated 21 December 2007 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, 4 Beckford Street, Hamilton ML3 0BT, within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
