A Petition was on 12 December 2007 presented to the Court of Session by the Advocate General for Scotland for and on behalf of the Commissioners of Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs craving the Court inter alia to order that J.P. And M. Properties Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts 1985 to 1989 and having its Registered Office at 23 East Norton Place, Edinburgh, Midlothian EH7 4JE, be wound up by the Court and to appoint a Liquidator to the said Company in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986, in which Petition Lord Glennie by Interlocutor dated 14 December 2007 allowed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto if so advised with the Office of Court at the Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh within eight days of intimation, service and advertisement.
