A Petition was on 27 November 2007 presented to the Sheriff Court at Kilmarnock for and on behalf of Soul Africa Ltd craving the court inter alia to order that Shoes South Africa Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts 1985 to 1989 and having its registered office at Wheatrig, Standalane, Kilmaurs KA3 2NG be liquidated by the court and to appoint Bryan Jackson as the liquidator to the said company in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986, in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 27 November 2007 allowed all parties to claim an interest to lodge Answers thereto, if so advised with the Sheriff Court at Kilmarnock, Sheriff Court House, St Marnock Street, Kilmarnock KA1 1ED within 8 days of intimation of service and advertisement.
