Notice is hereby given that on 1 October 2007 a Petition was presented to the Sheriffdom of Grampian, Highland and Islands at Peterhead by Seco Tools (UK) Ltd craving the court inter alia to order that Davidson Tooling Limited having their registered office at 25/27 Seagate, Peterhead, Aberdeen AB42 1JP, be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 3 October 2007 appointed any other persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Sheriff Court House, Queen Street, Peterhead, within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
