Notice is hereby given that on 9 November 2007 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow by Knoydart Management Limited, craving the Court inter alia that Knoydart Management Ltd., having its Registered Office at Unit 5, 1987 Maryhill Road, Glasgow G20 0BT be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 9 November 2007 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow G5 9DA within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
